The proof Christ as the son of God is the rock built on.

Mat 16:18  And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

Simply Nathaniel said it before Peter, that Jesus is the son of GOD, and the demons too. 

Thus it's not Peter necessarily that Christ shall build his church on but that He the Christ is the son of GOD, is the rock on which the church shall be built and hell shall not prevail against. 

Many have argued this but the simple truth is Christ said it's the church a by casting out the demons by it and b by the angelse descending and asending upon it. That is the men that believe He is the son of GOD so it is necessary that it is both this faith and the man too so Peter also. 

Gen 24:60  And they blessed Rebekah, and said unto her, Thou artour sister, be thou the mother of thousands of millions, and let thy seed possess the gate of those which hate them

 

If Adam in Eden can fall to hell, then if we be at the gates, then it is the same for Adam as for us, she is the gate, each one of the daughters, the mothers, Eve mother to all living. 

Rev 21:21  And the twelve gates were twelve pearls; every several gate was of one pearl: and the street of the city was pure gold, as it were transparent glass.

Psa 45:9  Kings' daughters were among thy honourable women: upon thy right hand did stand the queen in gold of Ophir. Psa 45:13  The king's daughter is all glorious within: her clothing is of wrought gold. Psa 45:14  She shall be brought unto the king in raiment of needlework: the virgins her companions that follow her shall be brought unto thee.

Thus then she is the four corners, the twelve gates, either to heaven or to hell. if you think to bring hell into heaven you must prepare to meet it’s battlements. 

Pro 5:3  For the lips of a strange woman drop as an honeycomb, and her mouth is smoother than oil: Pro 5:4  But her end is bitter as wormwood, sharp as a twoedged sword. Pro 5:5  Her feet go down to death; her steps take hold on hell. Pro 5:6  Lest thou shouldest ponder the path of life, her ways are moveable, that thou canst not know them. Pro 5:7  Hear me now therefore, O ye children, and depart not from the words of my mouth. Pro 5:8  Remove thy way far from her, and come not nigh the door of her house: Pro 5:9  Lest thou give thine honour unto others, and thy years unto the cruel: Pro 5:10  Lest strangers be filled with thy wealth; and thy laboUrs bein the house of a stranger; NOTE: only a stranger because they do the covenant, and this male did not, thus making himself stranger to his own people, denying it, is denial of the truth, of self.  Pro 5:11  And thou mourn at the last, when thy flesh and thy body are consumed, Pro 5:12  And say, How have I hated instruction, and my heart despised reproof;

Thus it is the daughter that is the gate, she gets no feet to lead you to hell, you are but eating her word as Adam did, and not keeping THE COMMAND. 

Why she bleeds for 12 years, and why she is twelve, why she sleeps and Lazerus dies.
