INTRODUCTION β€” THE LEVY OF WAR AND THE FIRST RULE OF ALL WARFARE

 

Life is a warfare with a 100% casualty rate. Everyone will die. This is THE LORD GOD's Assured Victory β€” to purge His house and make sure nothing that would rise again unrighteous comes into heaven. It is a war for souls, families, nations, and people. Or as said, to not divide us, under what God united, we come for the lost sheep only. Because of the cause and volition of power that is the mother, the wife, THE LORD GOD has for wisdom and Holy Spirit's sake β€” that is His wife, the mother to all creations. He spoke not in ignorance but in wisdom. By this cause and volition of power, He wins every war. And thus He says rightly, not being able to lie, "the battle and the victory are mine." So says THE LORD.

 

 

The Levy of War β€” as the sovereign right asserted in the Declaration of Independence for free and independent states "to levy War, conclude Peace…" β€” is the same principle as Jesus teaching men to "seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you" (Matthew 6:33, KJV). It is also listed in Sun Tzu's The Art of War as the foundational rule of all warfare: first seek heaven's cause, the moral cause.

 

 

All three of these β€” the Declaration, Christ, and Sun Tzu β€” come after the mother, after the establishment of the house. The man is the covering. The woman is the Levy of War. When men go to overrule the mother, they find no power; when they go to defend her, even in death, THE LORD fights for them.

 

 

This is the same principle as the Spartans' shield rule: come back with your shield or on it. The Spartans fought for one reason β€” to defend their home. They did not march out as mercenaries or to take more than was already assigned them. That is why they never retreated. You will find the same principle in the Israeli army. This is why David got into so much trouble when he counted the troops (2 Samuel 24). To count the troops is to count what is yours by strength β€” but Heaven's cause is not yours; it is for her by THE LORD. And none shall prosper by strength.

    DEFINING THE LEVY OF WAR

    The Levy of War is the sovereign, moral act of raising or justifying war β€” primarily defensive of home, family, and liberty β€” rooted in natural law and the Declaration's assertion of independent states' right to levy war. It is not aggression for gain but the righteous response to threats against the established house. This elevates the domestic and moral sphere β€” always associated with the mother as keeper of the home, the bearer of life-blood, and the transmitter of faith β€” as the true casus belli.

    The Law of GOD ties the inheritance of the land itself β€” the very thing the Levy of War defends β€” to the honoring of the mother. "Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee" (Exodus 20:12, KJV; cf. Deuteronomy 5:16). Paul confirms it is "the first commandment with promise" (Ephesians 6:2, KJV). The Proverbs double the verdict: "My son, hear the instruction of thy father, and forsake not the law of thy mother" (Proverbs 1:8, KJV; cf. 6:20). The whole prophetic reign of King Lemuel is filed under "the prophecy that his mother taught him" (Proverbs 31:1, KJV). Take the mother off the foundation and the land is forfeit. That is the natural-law verdict, written before any battle is fought.

    Historical parallels abound. Spartan women managed property and instilled the "shield or on it" ethos in their sons. Ancient Israelite women served as keepers of household faith while men defended the covenant community. Hannah vowed her son Samuel to THE LORD before he was conceived (1 Samuel 1:11). The unnamed mother of seven sons in 2 Maccabees 7 sent every one of them to death rather than transgression, saying: "I cannot tell how ye came into my womb… but doubtless the Creator of the world… will also of his own mercy give you breath and life again" (2 Maccabees 7:22-23, KJV). The mother sends the son; the son comes back righteous or comes back to GOD. Either way the cause is hers, and THE LORD's.

    True victory in every war β€” personal, familial, national, or spiritual β€” begins with the Levy of War: seeking Heaven's moral cause first, rooted in the establishment of the house (the mother), defended without retreat, and won through truth and alignment with GOD's will. Jesus and Sun Tzu, though worlds apart, agree on this first rule. The equality of men is established at the womb (Declaration of Independence; Psalm 22:10; Jeremiah 1:5), held by the honoring of the mother (Exodus 20:12), confessed by the Holy Ghost itself (Luke 1:41-42), and defended by the Levy of War (Declaration of Independence). To battle the mother is to forfeit Heaven's cause before the first shot.

    Rule 1: Heaven's Cause (The Moral Law). The first and most important factor. Victory begins with a righteous cause that unites the people with their leader. "The Moral Law causes the people to be in complete accord with their ruler, so that they will follow him regardless of their lives, undismayed by any danger." β€” Sun Tzu, Art of War, Chapter 1.

    Rule 2: Plan (Calculate & Estimate). Before any action, plan and compare the strengths of both sides through careful calculation. Sun Tzu opens Chapter 1 by teaching that the wise general must make detailed estimates regarding the five constant factors (Moral Law, Heaven, Earth, Commander, Method) before going to war.

    "A winning army wins first and then seeks battle. A losing army first battles and then seeks to win." β€” Art of War, Chapter 4 "To subdue the enemy without fighting is the acme of skill." β€” Art of War, Chapter 3 "If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles." β€” Art of War, Chapter 3

    "She guarded him from enemies, and she kept him safe from those who lay in wait. Over his severe conflict, she watched as judge, that he might know that godliness is more powerful than every one." (Wisdom of Solomon 10:12)

    If one wages war, he must first count the costs. If a man with ten thousand goes to meet a man with twenty thousand, he will straightway send, while the other is yet a great way off, for terms of surrender (Luke 14:31-32).

    Jesus counts differently than we are normally taught. In ancient Hebrew, and across all ancient tongues, zeros were dropped whenever you would account for the meaning of something. The zero in the tens place did not even appear until the Arabs developed algebra after the Arab Spring β€” that is, after the Quran, after Mohammed, and after the Gospel had been brought to them. Ten against twenty means somebody is with GOD in the translation. In Hebrew, a couple is counted as three or more because you count GOD. To make two twos, you need three or more β€” for you cannot have a couple at two; you need two more, therefore three. The third is with GOD. That is precisely what we find here: how Jesus is counting the truth. And the two just as two, are as one, not as a couple as we know it. We sometimes count couple a set of two.

    One man is by himself with the ten thousand, and thus he needs to make peace because he finds his opponent has the greater. Jesus faces over twenty thousand by Himself, and yet does not apply the parable's calculus to His own confrontation. Armies of ten thousand have won battles outnumbered two to one β€” Jesus knows this. But the twenty thousand is with GOD, and the man with ten thousand has found himself short of cause. It cannot be translated any other way, seeing how Jesus faces impossible odds. Yes, He is mocked and scourged, just as He warned in the parables. But the point stands: He won the victory. He did not lose at Calvary.

    JESUS ON COUNTING THE COST


    From Jesus Christ: Make your stand therefore in the beginning, and you shall find the strength that you are needing. The Levy of War belongs to the mother β€” that is natural law, Nature's GOD entitled. They know men are created equal. That equality begins with being born from the woman. Make your stand at the beginning, and you will find the power has to do with the Levy of War itself, with the cause of war. It is about how to get GOD on your side and how to assure yourself of victory.

    If a man goes to war with ten thousand and meets an enemy with twenty thousand: "Or what king, going to make war against another king, sitteth not down first, and consulteth whether he be able with ten thousand to meet him that cometh against him with twenty thousand? Or else, while the other is yet a great way off, he sendeth an ambassage, and desireth conditions of peace." (Luke 14:31-32, KJV)

    Bind the strong man's hands before seizing his house: "Or else how can one enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he first bind the strong man? and then he will spoil his house." (Matthew 12:29, KJV)

    If you make your stand in the beginning: "The disciples said to Jesus, 'Tell us how our end will be.' Jesus said, 'Have you discovered, then, the beginning, that you look for the end? For where the beginning is, there will the end be. Blessed is he who will take his place in the beginning; he will know the end and will not experience death.'" (Gospel of Thomas, Saying 18)

    John the Baptist and Jesus speak the same Word: "Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand" (Matthew 3:2, KJV β€” John). "Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand" (Matthew 4:17, KJV β€” Jesus).

    The kingdom taken by force and violence: "And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force." (Matthew 11:12, KJV)

    The man is commanded to be at the head (Genesis 2:16-25). The Centurion was out from the Marriage City, deployed through the animals at the death, holding his command β€” as is shown here:

    "And saying, Lord, my servant lieth at home sick of the palsy, grievously tormented. And Jesus saith unto him, I will come and heal him. The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed. For I am a man under authority, having soldiers under me: and I say to this man, Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and he cometh; and to my servant, Do this, and he doeth it. When Jesus heard it, he marvelled, and said to them that followed, Verily I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel." (Matthew 8:6-10, KJV)

    "Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock. And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand: And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it." (Matthew 7:24-27, KJV)

    This is where Jesus shows that the Church is going to be built on the rock β€” that is, on the mother β€” Mary, who birthed the Son of GOD because she is with the One Father in heaven. This is why the One Father reveals it at Christ. When they built the temples, they built them on Moses, after the order of Solomon, on man β€” which is the sand, the reborn. But it is not the rock.

    The clear proof is the Roman Catholic Church and the Orthodoxy, which are built on the Mother. They have outlasted every house I have ever heard of. Every religion, every place, every built foundation: the Roman Catholic Church stands number one in continuity. It has not been destroyed or taken down. The Israeli Jews still exist β€” even existing 1,700 years without a nation, they are still a nation, a religion, and a people, unique. It is THE LORD in the Sabbath that has kept the Israeli Jew. As an Israeli Jew once said after the Holocaust: "Not the Jew that kept the Sabbath β€” but the Sabbath that kept the Jew."

    This is the faith of mothers. She is the rock of faith and grace. The Rock itself. THE LORD is the one who is made slightly lower than Mama β€” being made "a little lower than the angels" (Hebrews 2:9, KJV). You will find this in David's words:

    "But thou art he that took me out of the womb: thou didst make me hope when I was upon my mother's breasts. I was cast upon thee from the womb: thou art my God from my mother's belly." (Psalm 22:9-10, KJV)

    And again: "By thee have I been holden up from the womb: thou art he that took me out of my mother's bowels: my praise shall be continually of thee." (Psalm 71:6, KJV)

    That is The Rock. That is how we know GOD can transcend life and death.

    David is not alone. Four prophets confess the same testimony β€” THE LORD's first appointment of every called man is announced through the mother's body:

    "Then the word of the Lord came unto me, saying, Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations." (Jeremiah 1:4-5, KJV)

    "Listen, O isles, unto me; and hearken, ye people, from far; The Lord hath called me from the womb; from the bowels of my mother hath he made mention of my name." (Isaiah 49:1, KJV)

    "But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother's womb, and called me by his grace…" (Galatians 1:15, KJV β€” Paul)

    And the same LORD who would not forget Zion frames the strongest maternal vow in all of Scripture as a comparison to Himself:

    "Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee." (Isaiah 49:15, KJV)

    There is no doctrine higher than the LORD's own self-witness. That is the meter.

    The Holy Ghost confirms it at the visitation. Elisabeth, "filled with the Holy Ghost" (Luke 1:41, KJV), cries out: "Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb" (Luke 1:42, KJV). Mary herself prophesies: "for, behold, from henceforth all generations shall call me blessed" (Luke 1:48, KJV). The blessing of the woman is the Holy Ghost speaking β€” not church tradition.

    And the man? "And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground" (Genesis 2:7, KJV). But the woman: "And the rib, which the Lord God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man" (Genesis 2:22, KJV). The man is shaped from dirt. The woman is built by the hand of THE LORD GOD Himself (the Hebrew banah β€” the architect's verb). The man is commanded (Genesis 2:16); the woman is finished. That is the structural verdict written into the second chapter of Scripture, before any sin, any law, any war.

    When men look into the power that has to do with this, they are so far away from it that it is unbelievable they can even see it. That is what we know about stem-cell research today. Again, root cause: the volition of what GOD does. It is her as the handmaid that makes her so much the cause. Because GOD has already answered for her, her account is in men's hands in the oath when they receive it.

    This is exactly what James means when he says "faith without works is dead" (James 2:20, KJV), and it cannot save. The law cannot save. Even if it were not dead, it is alive β€” and it cannot save, because she would save you if she could. What Paul means when he says the law cannot save: it gave you life, and you transgressed. She is on an in-house effect that she comes back. That is how you have Heaven's cause. That is the gold of all crowns and the oath of all fathers and husbands. That is to call the king out when the command comes down. They that wait on GOD's command only wait on His command. And where the others are standing, there is nowhere to stand.

    It is how Jesus is the twenty thousand when He is crucified as the one man. They should have counted the cost. They should have looked more into the matter β€” "had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory" (1 Corinthians 2:8, KJV). The twenty thousand was with Jesus, and they did not make peace while He was yet a great way off. He is the twenty thousand because they are angels. Something about a multiplier of zeros when you talk Heaven's cause. Somehow He sweeps in all that you have as the ten thousand that are His already.

    This is the weakness of man β€” the legal compressions β€” and how effective they are on the human. But a man at command to THE LORD takes everything. It is the same as catching the thief: they pay sevenfold. This is the same as waiting upon THE LORD. The men who surrender cannot surrender but are denying themselves the truth. It would be like David showing up at your border β€” you know you are in trouble. It is not like David could just reach out and take what he wanted; that is what David gets in so much trouble for in counting the troops. All you need is all you have got, most especially if you have an army and are sworn to THE LORD.

  • DAVID'S WORDS ON THE ROCK


    DAVID'S WORDS ON THE ROCK

    "And he said, The Lord is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; the God of my rock; in him will I trust: he is my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower, and my refuge, my saviour; thou savest me from violence." (2 Samuel 22:2-3, KJV)

    "For by thee I have run through a troop: by my God have I leaped over a wall." (2 Samuel 22:30, KJV; parallel Psalm 18:29)

    He leaped over the wall, just like they did at Jericho. He is saying he will pull a man out from using women as a wall, like they do Rehab at Jericho β€” where they died in the congregation β€” and the enemy cannot stop him. See this demonstrated in the taking of Bethel, the City of David β€” that is Bethlehem the same. They say to David, "The lame cannot enter." That is because it is GOD's city. They did not know David was so righteous.

    Jericho β€” the walls fell: "So the people shouted when the priests blew with the trumpets… and the people shouted with a great shout, that the wall fell down flat, so that the people went up into the city, every man straight before him, and they took the city." (Joshua 6:20, KJV)

    The lame and blind taunt David at Jerusalem: "And the king and his men went to Jerusalem unto the Jebusites, the inhabitants of the land: which spake unto David, saying, Except thou take away the blind and the lame, thou shalt not come in hither: thinking, David cannot come in hither. Nevertheless David took the strong hold of Zion: the same is the city of David… Whosoever getteth up to the gutter, and smiteth the Jebusites, and the lame and the blind, that are hated of David's soul…" (2 Samuel 5:6-8, KJV)

     

    SUN TZU'S PRINCIPLE OF 100% ASSURED VICTORY

    Sun Tzu held that a general must have 100% assured victory in every battle, every skirmish, every war. The only way to do that is to seek Heaven's cause and find that which GOD does not move from. Sun Tzu knew nothing of Christ, and yet he still found the cause of war. This demonstrates common grace and the universality of moral truth β€” written on the conscience of all men (Romans 2:14-15).

    Jesus is called the Great Conqueror, the General of Generals, the Prince of Peace, and the King of Kings (Isaiah 9:6; Revelation 19:16). He has no soldier, throne, crown, or army in this world. Anyone claiming to be with Christ must have that first. This first rule is also called holiness. GOD is the GOD of peace and holiness (1 Corinthians 14:33; Hebrews 12:14).

     

     

  • WHAT ALL RIGHTEOUS MEN HAVE IN COMMON

    They never battled the woman.

    This principle finds powerful illustration in early Islamic history at the Battle of the Camel (656 CE). After the assassination of Caliph Uthman, Aisha β€” the Prophet Muhammad's widow, the Mother of the Believers β€” led forces against Ali ibn Abi Talib. Ali's army prevailed. Critically, Ali did not seek personal vengeance, nor did he battle the woman. He treated Aisha with honor, provided for her needs, and arranged her safe return to Medina. The focus remained on the larger cause of unity and rightful leadership rather than personal or gendered conflict.

    This is the salted men's testimony from the other side of Abraham's house, confirming what Scripture has already said. The Quran enjoins it directly:

    "And We have enjoined upon man [care] for his parents. His mother carried him, [increasing her] in weakness upon weakness, and his weaning is in two years. Be grateful to Me and to your parents; to Me is the [final] destination." (Surah Luqman 31:14)

    "And We have enjoined upon man, to his parents, good treatment. His mother carried him with hardship and gave birth to him with hardship…" (Surah Al-Ahqaf 46:15)

    And the narrated saying of the Prophet β€” "Paradise lies at the feet of mothers" β€” is the same witness the Bible gives in Exodus 20:12 and Proverbs 1:8. The natural-law authority of the mother is universal, not sectarian. Battle her, and Heaven leaves.

    In the same spirit, Jesus confronts false teaching and the Jezebel spirit within the church (Revelation 2:20-23) not as a personal battle against women, but as a call for the household of faith to repent and return to truth. Righteous leadership protects the house by confronting error without descending into vendetta or diminishing the dignity of those within it.

     

    RULE NUMBER ONE TO ALL WARFARE β€” JESUS & SUN TZU

    "Seek you first the cause of heaven, the moral cause." "But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you." (Matthew 6:33, KJV)

    Wisdom of Ben Sirach: "If you do not gather in the beginning, how shall you ever gather in the end?"

    Sun Tzu: "Any general that doesn't have 100% victory in every skirmish, every battle, every war that he would ever fight β€” whenever β€” then that general is a waste of leadership. The general leading men and nations into battle, having lives in his hands at his command, must always have victory, or it would be an immoral general leading them to death in the unknown."



     

    ILLUSTRATIVE STORY (in the spirit of Sun Tzu's "Death Ground" teaching)

    I was beaten on retreat through the mountains, on the run. I took my troop to a point where there was but a fall-off canyon. I put their backs to that cliff, where we could not escape. I told them, "Well now we fight or we die β€” no retreat." My men fought; we won and took the enemy on all his fronts.

    The wild animal with its back to the wall will fight more ferociously just to live. Take the retreat away, and you will have the best fight they ever fought. β€” Sun Tzu, The Art of War (Ch. 11 β€” Nine Situations / Death Ground)

    Yes, but that is not 100%-victory talk β€” that is the key point. Victory must be in the cause, not in the battle. Sun Tzu is no fool, and he and Christ are in agreement. One is the greatest general and tactical commander the world ever knew; the other is THE GREAT CONQUEROR, THE KING OF KINGS, THE MAN OF MEN, THE COURAGEOUS LORD β€” all men are drawn to Him. He is still conquering nations, souls, and all of men, and He never even had a troop, never had a soldier, never had a throne in this world, never even led men into combat in His flesh.


     

    THE BATTLE & THE VICTORY ARE THE LORD'S

    "The battle is the Lord's, and he will give you into our hands." (1 Samuel 17:47, KJV)

    The battle = all life in this world. The victory = Heaven's will = Heaven's cause = the moral cause.

    All men die, especially those in the business of war β€” of which all men are, for their souls and their families.

    "From the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force." (Matthew 11:12, KJV)

    That is your wife and kids, your dominion, your pursuit of happiness.

    "No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strong man; and then he will spoil his house." (Mark 3:27, KJV; cf. Matthew 12:29)

    You are the strong man β€” that is, if you still have the strength. You will find this strength in the beginning. If you do not come to that path you left, that is: it is where you left it, at the truth, says THE LORD.

    "And an highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it shall be for those: the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err therein." (Isaiah 35:8, KJV)

    If a man wishes to bless himself, it shall be by the truth β€” "That he who blesseth himself in the earth shall bless himself in the God of truth" (Isaiah 65:16, KJV). The first thing β€” the only thing most needed β€” is the truth. That is the washing of the feet. That is then that "the truth shall make you free" (John 8:32, KJV).

    Thus it is that THE LORD GOD Living fights on the side of those who fight for the truth. This is the one thing pertaining to Heaven's will, GOD's favor β€” the moral cause β€” to lead a people in battle. Any other reason would leave you on the other end of Heaven's will, which would mean you have already lost. Your nation is set on a course of destruction.

    That is found in USA freedom and liberty. That is today: they bombed us; we bomb them, in defense of home and moral cause. The moral cause is victory even in death.

    All men are born cowards β€” not all men stay cowards. All men are born liars β€” not all men stay liars.

    A liar is a coward; a coward is one that keeps his mother's word and not GOD's β€” aka his Father's, that serves THE LORD GOD FATHER.

    "I am the God of thy father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob." (Exodus 3:6, KJV; cf. Acts 7:32)

    The mother's word brings him into the world; the Father's word sends him out of it. The coward never makes the transit. The righteous man honors his mother (Exodus 20:12) and obeys his Father (John 6:38).

     

    THE LEVY OF WAR PATH TO ASSURED VICTORY

    The sequential path: the mother establishes the house β†’ the father covers the house β†’ the son receives the command β†’ the man defends what THE LORD has built β†’ the victory is in the cause, not in the battle. Skip the mother, and you skip Heaven's cause. Skip Heaven's cause, and the LORD is not with you. Without the LORD, no victory β€” even in winning.

     

    NUANCES, DEBATES, AND EDGE CASES

    Alignment with Just War Theory. This teaching aligns with classical jus ad bellum: just cause (moral / Heaven's cause), right intention, last resort (count the costs), and reasonable chance of success (assured victory via moral alignment). The emphasis on victory in the cause provides the theological grounding for these principles.

    Pacifist Readings. Pacifist readings of Jesus appeal to "turn the other cheek" (Matthew 5:39), love of enemies, and "my kingdom is not of this world" (John 18:36). But Jesus also drove out the money-changers (John 2:15) and declared "I came not to send peace, but a sword" (Matthew 10:34). The emphasis on spiritual conquest β€” Jesus conquering without an army β€” bridges the tension. Defensive war for home and moral cause coexists with the primary battle being spiritual (Ephesians 6:12). "Kingdom taken by force" (Matthew 11:12) reads as both zealous spiritual effort and rightful defense of what GOD has built.

    Edge Cases. Preemptive or humanitarian war requires rigorous "count the costs" and clear moral cause tied to defense of the innocent. Asymmetric war β€” terrorism, cyber β€” still falls under moral cause and assured-victory-in-the-cause. Internal personal "wars" β€” addiction, family breakdown, self-mastery β€” bring bind the strong man down to self-discipline and spiritual warfare; the Levy of War begins in the house of one's own soul. Ambiguous cause means falling back to counting costs and seeking truth.

    On the Maternal Foundation. The framing "the woman is the Levy of War" is not novel β€” it is the witness of Scripture and of every righteous nation. The Roman Catholic Church's own structure, with the Mother Superior governing religious orders and Mary exalted above all saints, is institutional proof embedded within the very tradition some try to use to silence the maternal witness. The maternal witness cannot be silenced because THE LORD Himself testifies from the mother's womb (Psalm 22:10; Jeremiah 1:5; Isaiah 49:1; Galatians 1:15).

Jefferson's pen tracks Jeremiah's exactly: the appointment is from the womb, not from any court.
